I stayed here for three nights this week, and it felt like being in a brand-new room! The hotel has recently renovated the rooms, so everything was fresh—new floors, a comfy bed, a spotless bathroom, and a fresh coat of paint. Every morning, housekeeping did a great job cleaning, remaking the bed, and providing fresh towels and soaps. I’d definitely stay here again!
I love this place. I am a professional man that relocated back to Bloomington in February and I needed an affordable place to stay while I searched for an apartment. The property is fine! The rooms are very clean and the housekeepers are amazing people that always have a warm smile when they clean my room. The owner himself is very friendly too! As long as you are respectful and take care of your space there are no issues and it's a great stay. I couldn't have chosen a better place. Thank you to you and your staff!
We have been traveling to Bloomington now for 4 years for all sorts of college weekends! We have stayed at so many hotels & typically would never stay at a motel. But have to say after staying at all the hotels have the big names that we all recognize .. The Best Value Inn was the cleanest place we have stayed . Conveniently located close to campus ! Would highly recommend!!’
Its a little outdated but the staff is pleasent enough and the price is great. Dont cause any trouble or smoke in the rooms and its a pretty laid back motel.
The manager was very nice. Showed me a room before I even decided to rent. They are one of the only two hotels in this area that will take cash, except their deposit is a lot less than the other hotel. His is only $40 as compared to $200 at the other cash hotel.
The gentleman running the place was amazing. Polite, quick, explained everything and thanked us. The folks doing the cleaning were very polite and quiet. They did their work and made sure we had what was needed.
Mr Kenny, the owner, is very nice and wants to make me, you happy. Very clean, fresh coffee. Will stay here whenever we're in Bloomington
Great hotel. Super friendly staff. Clean, Comfortable. Updated room had all that I needed. 3 week stay with no issues. Will stay here again.

Short, honest notes are more useful than long ones. A few sentences about what worked, what surprised you, and who the hotel is best for will go a long way.
